One of the things we love the most about leading EvolveMe is that we get to bring our whole selves to work!

That’s right -- our life experience, our motherhood, our new found love of pearls AND Chuck Taylors (thanks Kamala!)

Have you been hiding pieces of yourself -- not being able to be the mom at work? Or not being comfortable speaking about what matters to you?

Once you take charge of your career, you own your story. That means owning all of who you are and what you really want to do (which may not be what you’re doing right now!)

Too often we rely on titles, our resume or others’ expectations to define us. How about trying something new?

Talking about your values, talents, what lights you up, and the impact you want to make in the world opens up new possibilities.

Think about this. When you share what you really want to do -- it creates excitement, energy and confidence. It makes it easier for others to help you.

And when you’re brave and share your story with others -- it creates space for others to do the same.

That’s why we were excited to share our reinvention story as career returners and pivoters on the Life After Corporate podcast!

Listen HERE and learn how we’re evolving too, for you! Take it from women in our EvolveMe community who’ve worked with us:

“Judy and Linda have a gift for helping women become happier with their professional lives and bringing them in closer alignment with their values”. “...the Reinvention Collective allowed me to envision multiple career possibilities based on my skills and backgrounds.” “...I feel confident in my background and own my story.”

When you share publicly where you want your life to go, the change you want starts to take a life of its own. The possibility becomes more real to you.

  • Are you stuck in a role that no longer serves you?

  • Feeling unchallenged or unrecognized?

  • Job searching and not getting any traction?

  • Tolerating “good enough” but not great?

  • Are you spinning your wheels and getting nowhere fast?

Are you in touch with what’s holding you back from having a compelling career story and taking action? “Check out our new resource “6 Mindset Traps that Sabotage Career Transition (and how to avoid them!)” at evolveme.work/mindset.

We want more for you and it starts with owning your value! There’s power in numbers. We’re building a movement of women in midlife who are advancing their careers with confidence.

Let’s reverse the Shecession together!
