From Reinvention to Evolution: Celebrating 6 Years of EvolveMe

As we reflect on the past year and EvolveMe’s 6th anniversary, our hearts are full of gratitude for the incredible professionals and teams we’ve worked with, the communities we’ve built, and the human-centered workplaces we’ve helped foster.

2025 reminded us that change is constant. It also showed us that curveballs can create unexpected opportunities.

Our Story, Evolved

Navigating a career can feel overwhelming, and we know that firsthand. Linda relaunched her career after a 16-year caregiving break from her finance career, and Judy pivoted from her executive role at a national nonprofit.

The process of making a change felt unexpectedly isolating. We knew there had to be a better way.

Our first EvolveMe offering was the Reinvention Collective, our signature program for women in midlife career transition. It quickly became a trusted space for clarity, confidence-building, and meaningful next steps.

Through this work, it became clear that human-centered skills, such as self-awareness, connection, confidence, and adaptability, fuel success at every stage. And in an increasingly AI-driven workplace, these skills matter more than ever.

Growing Our Mission

This understanding shaped EvolveMe’s next chapter. We expanded into corporate programming, partnering with companies to develop and retain top talent through human-centered leadership programs for early-, mid-, and late-career professionals, helping people and organizations adapt, contribute, and thrive.

This year, we introduced our Career Evolution Framework to help groups of professionals navigate each stage with clarity, confidence, and purpose.

And after ten successful virtual Reinvention Collective cohorts, we led our first in-person group of women transitioning professionally at our NYC home, Luminary. The energy was electric. Being in the same room brought connection, momentum, and meaning to the experience.

As we celebrate EvolveMe’s 6th anniversary, we are deeply grateful for the colleagues, participants, and women entrepreneurs who inspire us every day.
