What is the current focus of your career?
I help mums get kids to listen without nagging or yelling in order to achieve peace and a happier home. I began focusing on this niche in Jan 2022.
Previously, I was coaching international business leaders giving them confidence in using English at meetings and negotiations.
What prompted your career reinvention?
Long story short, I was burnt out. I just wasn't happy.
What's the best thing about mid-life career change?
I really wanted to make a difference in someone's life...I don't mean by helping them get richer or get a promotion.
What's the biggest challenge?
Getting myself known in this new niche.
What's your personal mantra/mission? Why?
To help mums so that they don't nag or yell at kids and kids not suffer from emotional, mental, and verbal abuse. My mantra is I don't want history to repeat itself. This is from my traumatic childhood.
Your best career advice for other women at midlife is...
If you don't try, you never know. So step out of your comfort zone and chase your dream.
