What prompted your career reinvention? Finally have the courage to not care what others think of me. I can write all the romantic words and run a nonprofit.
What's the best thing about midlife career change? Confidence in my ability and the empowering feeling I have of not playing small because I am a freaking woman!
What's the biggest challenge? Like I'm living in a millenial world and I am an xennial girl
What's your personal mantra or mission? Why? Ordinary people taking extraordinary action can change the world. It took me too long thinking I was no one special and I couldn't do the things I wanted.
Your best career advice for other women at midlife is... If you don't like it you can always change it again!
