Robyn uses over a decade's worth of experience and expertise to diagnose communication ills and prescribe precise, customized remedies that help individuals and organizations grow and excel. Propelled by her personal experience, Robyn became a Certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner and brain science junkie which she incorporates into all of her work.
What is your personal mantra, mission or manifesto? You are what you believe
What inspired you to launch your current career/launch your business? The desire to give everyone the power of having a voice and making a difference
What is unique about returning/pivoting in midlife? Challenges & opportunities? I've been pivoting my whole life.
What’s one intention you have for your work this year? Grow at least 50%
What are you most passionate about right now? Helping people understand how to REALLY reach inclusion with strategies to understand, engage and influence colleagues, prospects & clients.
What does a typical day look like for you? ZOOM exercise class, open computer to work on either, sending out "ships", setting up conversations with key stakeholders, creating content, coaching clients or conducting a training via ZOOM. Watching/listening to a professional development lesson or podcast.
What’s the one thing that has advanced your career in the last year? Investing time and resources in professional development

You’re granted an extra hour in the day, how do you spend it? Walking outside or dancing or both!!
The advice I wish I had given to my 20 year old self is… Dream Bigger! And believe and trust the good things that people say about you and ignore the bad things you say about yourself!
The advice that I want to give to my 75 year old self is... It's not over till it's over. You still have a lot to give.

Best career advice for other women? You will never be perfect or enough or "finished" So get out there and own it while you hone it and strut out of your rut!
When did you feel you got “you” back? This year! Being shut inside with me made me appreciate myself more and discover awesomeness that I may have been letting leak out in the past by being too much on the go. And will probably feel the same way next year. There is always a better you to get to.
